My child is doing poorly in school, can the instructor help me with that?

Yes. Children who are not doing well in school are typically insecure, unfocussed or unmotivated. These are three areas that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practice addresses very well. Our instructors do an amazing job encouraging their students by focusing on positive aspects of their behavior or performance. With time, students realize that doing well is a matter of training, discipline, practice and dedication and, with the proper orientation, will carry those values to the academic arena.
